Feta cheese is the base of these Greek salad skewers. It’s a delicious, slightly salty cheese that pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the tomatoes and the tanginess of the olives.

We like to use a combination of cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives, but you can use any type of tomato or olive. The basil leaves are a must-have, as they add a beautiful freshness to the skewers.

To make these Greek salad skewers, simply thread the ingredients onto skewers and drizzle with olive oil. That’s it! So easy and so delicious.

Instructions:

  1. Soak the wooden skewers in a bowl of water for approximately half an hour.
  2. Cut the feta cheese into 3 cubes. Arrange them on a plate.
  3. Skewer the cheese, followed by a cherry tomato, olive, and basil leaf. Do the same with the rest of the skewers.
  4. Serve the salad immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 hours.
