My interest in nutrition science that led me to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist arose from a personal struggle with an eating disorder during my high school years. My personal experiences influenced my professional philosophy deeply, centering on the importance of a balanced and diverse diet and fostering a positive mind-body connection with food. As I moved forward, I earned a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition Science and became a Registered Dietitian.
