Laura has a bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness, and Health and am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer as well as a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has worked as a nutritionist/personal trainer in clinics, fitness centers, and health coaching agencies. Her lifelong passion is to provide easily accessible tools to help others succeed and live life to the fullest.

Inga Grebeniuk-Gillyer

Personal trainer

Inga is a European Champion in synchronized swimming who holds a Bachelor degree in Physical Education. She has experience working with Olympic level athletes, she’s produced National Champions, State Champions and helped athletes secure their spots on the National teams.
Even though Inga’s resume might sound impressive and intimidating, she doesn’t just want to work with professional athletes. She strongly believes that her purpose is to help anybody she works with to achieve their fitness goals and become their best self.
She is a coach who will make sure you achieve your goals by supporting, motivating and pushing you every single training session.

Jovial is from Dubai, and is a Head EMS Instructor/Fitness Manager/Nutrition Consultant for REMS Fitness. He is certified by the Gold’s Gym Fitness Institute and Registered as a Gym Instructor.
Jovial specialises in HIIT training, Rehabilitation/injury recovery, Strength and Conditioning, Kickboxing, Body Weight Training and Weight Training, and practices each discipline himself. His approach is to focus on improving his clients’ lifestyle by motivating them and setting an example.

Mary has been a professional runner for over 15 years. She’s worked as a fitness coach with a focus on cardio, HIIT, TRX, mobility & flexibility training for the last 6 years. She feels that her work is her passion, and is motivated by strong and determined people who are willing to change for the better and work on their healthy lifestyle every day.

Christine is a registered dietitian with both clinical and community experience.
She earned a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the Metropolitan State University of Denver. Christine takes pride in coaching about journaling, exercising, and proper nutrition, and believes that a combination of support and motivation is what it takes to reach your goals. She is passionate about 1-on-1 coaching and finding a unique approach to every person she helps.

Kristen Fleming

Dietitian

Kristen is a U.S. educated and trained Registered Dietitian (MS, RD, CNSC) with clinical and international development experience. She has her own evidence-based practice as an RD, and is eager to share her knowledge to help others. Kristen is currently based in Lusaka, Zambia where she is enrolled in the Peace Corps.
