In the first part of her career in dietetics, Kristen was working as a dietitian in a clinical setting, advising patients with various health needs and concerns on how to improve their nutrition status and navigate dietary challenges. She is passionate about fighting malnutrition and improving access to and knowledge about nutritious foods. She believes in promoting a healthy relationship with food through gentle and inclusive messaging.
