  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
  • 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar

  4. Add the vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, and garlic then mix to combine. Let it simmer for about 6 to 8, until thick with syrup consistency.
  5. Return the brussel sprouts to the pan and mix to coat. Heat for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
