Three-day weight loss plan

Day 1

  • Breakfast: one grapefruit, a slice of whole-grain toast with cream cheese.
  • Snack: a cup of steamed broccoli.
  • Lunch: a bowl of tomato soup and half a grapefruit.
  • Snack: half a cup of tuna and a slice of cheese.
  • Dinner: a grapefruit and a cup of cottage cheese.
