Yes, you can use it when cooking your favorite dishes. For example, you can add it to meat or a dessert to spice it up. Can pregnant women consume coconut water?

There is not enough information on the side effects for pregnant women. However, it is highly recommended not to consume it during pregnancy to avoid potential problems (1).
