About me
I’ve been passionate about health and nutrition since I was 15, when I first began understanding how food fuels well-being. I decided to become a dietitian to help others achieve a healthy relationship with food. Following my education and training, I worked in a hospital setting and an eating disorder clinic. From there, I transitioned to positions in dietary supplement safety testing and public health standards development. This path provided an invaluable foundation for when I decided to become a full-time writer and speaker. I’m passionate about helping people simplify their dietary needs and utilize food for both nourishment and joy.
