28 oz tomatoes chopped

1 1/2 cups beef stock or any stock
2 tablespoon keto taco seasoning
1/2 teaspoon chili powder optional
1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper to taste
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, add the oil and onions. Sauté onions until they are translucent. Add the garlic and bell pepper and continue to sauté for a few more minutes.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Once the beef is cooked, add all the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
