My Counseling Way
My approach to mental health is eclectic. I believe in cultivating self-knowledge and accountability, and so I combine interventions and techniques from somatic therapy, CBT, Art, Music, Biblio, and Gestalt therapy. Seeing people heal is my favorite thing in the world, and I believe it’s my mission to help these healings take place. I regularly provide services through Victims Compensation programs – and I never view my clients as broken.
