About me

My true passion lies in helping people enhance their physical health, leading to improved mental well-being and quality of life. Growing up, I played various team sports, and I’ve been dedicated to the gym for years now. I still center my training around strength and weightlifting; however, my journey has evolved to embrace the substantial benefits of regular cardio for both physical capacity and overall well-being. My current routine includes focused strength sessions and one to two runs per week – a well-rounded training regime. So regardless of your training preference, I can relate!
Empowering you to take control of your health is what makes me get up in the morning. I’m here to help you navigate through tons of conflicting information on fitness and help you find what works for your unique journey. And what’s your main inspiration?

Fun Facts

I love outdoor activities, especially ones that provide a physical challenge! Snowboarding, hiking, trail running and mountain bike riding are among my favorites!
