1. Prepare Your Skin
First, you need to prepare your skin for the ginger wrap: soak the towel in a hot water (make sure that the temperature of the towel is endurable) and place it on your target area. This will open your pores and ensure better absorption of the ginger. Keep the towel on for 5 minutes.
2. Prepare The Mixture

After removing the towel apply the prepared mixture on your target area.
4. Wrap Up
Using a plastic wrap, cover the area. To secure the wrap, use the elastic band, avoiding the impeding of blood circulation.

Leave the ginger wrap on overnight, or at least for 2 hours.
