About me

Since I was a child, health and exercise has always been a keen interest of mine. In my early teenage years, I already knew I wanted to work in healthcare, and physical therapy seemed like the perfect route to blend my love of fitness with my interest in the medical field.

My journey to where I am today has come with a fair share of trial and error to determine what I am truly most passionate about. With that trial and error has come some magnificent experiences that have provided me with a diverse lens of the medical field. I’ve been able to see it from an abundance of viewpoints, which has given me a well-rounded perspective professionally.

I hope we can work on improving your health together. Let’s see what you and your body need.

Fun Facts

I still love exercise as much now as I did when I was a kid. Hiking and strength training are my favorites, but I’ve run a marathon, a few half marathons, and numerous 5Ks and 10Ks too. I also play acoustic guitar and make music as a hobby, as well as spend lots of time with my two favorite people: my wife and my daughter.
