  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 6 cups of water

Directions: 

  1. Bring the water to a boil with your freshly crushed ginger over medium heat,

  3. Let the pot boil covered for another minute,
  4. Drop your green tea leaves into the water and reduce the heat,
  5. Let the tea steep for three minutes.
