As you download the app, you’re asked a few questions, such as why you would like to meditate, be it to improve sleep, reduce stress, or overcome depression; if you have any experience in the field, and what interests you most: courses, relaxing sounds, or sleeping practices. This process takes a couple of minutes in total, and you land on the home page of the app. You’re shown a recommended course based on your answers, and from here you can go to the Meditate tab to explore all the available courses. The home page also offers 3 new articles every day, and daily ASMR videos. 

The Breathe tab provides 2 to 3-minute targeted breathing exercises to reduce anger, get rid of worry, let go of sadness, and more. The idea behind these breathing exercises is to aid real-life situations.
