About me

I am a Canadian registered dietitian (RD) and certified personal trainer (CPT). I also hold a Master of Science in Foods and Nutrition (MScFN). Currently, I am an Assistant Professor (contract) and laboratory instructor at the university in my hometown. My focus is primarily on women’s nutrition and fitness, where I advocate for sustainable, long-term behavior change.
In addition to writing, I also disseminate nutrition, fitness, and wellness information on my social media platforms where I teach people how to live a healthy lifestyle and learn about trendy supplements. My ultimate goal is to educate people to make sure that the diets they’re following and supplements they are taking are safe, effective, and worth the money.
I’m also a huge fan of sports and love to incorporate various forms of exercise into my workout routine, such as strength training, walking, Pilates, soccer, and tennis.

Fun fact

I fit the typical Canadian stereotype and absolutely love watching hockey!
