Dr. Joyce Gomes Osman, a Harvard-trained Behavioral Neuroscientist with over 10 years of experience, is deeply committed to promoting healthy living and empowering individuals through science-backed brain-healthy interventions. Her impactful work has been featured in prestigious media outlets, including The Boston Globe, The Times, CBS News, and Healthline, as well as in a Time Magazine article titled “Here’s How Much Exercise You Need to Keep Your Brain Healthy.” 

With nearly a decade spent teaching Neuroscience at the University of Miami and extensive experience as a translational researcher and Vice President of Clinical Development in the digital health technology sector, Joyce has garnered numerous grants and authored over 40 published articles. 

An expert in healthy aging interventions, she holds qualifications including a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Neurology from Harvard Medical School. Joyce is also a licensed Physical Therapist in Florida and a certified Health Coach by the American Council on Exercise. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in spending time with loved ones, cooking, and cultivating exotic orchids from around the world.
