  • 32 ounces of chicken broth
  • 3 cups of vegetable juice
  • 28 ounces of Italian diced tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms
  • 3 carrots, both peeled and sliced
  • 1 diced zucchini
  • 1 diced yellow squash
  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen green beans
  • 14 ounces of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3-4 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To Prepare?

  1. Take a large frying pan and sauté the garlic, onions, carrots, and mushrooms for approximately 5 minutes. Make sure the pan is sprayed with cooking spray before you use it.
  2. Then, take a large pot that can fit all your ingredients. Combine the sautéed ingredients and add all the remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook this at a high temperature for about 3 hours. When you feel that the vegetables are fork-tender, then know your soup is ready.

  • 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 chopped medium onions
  • 4 chopped medium carrots
  • 4 chopped stalks celery

How To Prepare?

  1. Take a large cooking pot and add olive oil, then heat the oil over medium heat.
  2. Add your onions, carrots, and celery to the hot olive oil. Cook them while stirring occasionally until they are soft. This should take between 5 to 7 minutes. After they are soft, add garlic and cook for one more minute.
  3. Take your cabbage, green peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, bone broth, bay leaf, spices and salt and pepper, and all to the pot. Mix the ingredients well.
  4. Bring the whole mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve your soup.

Northwestern Lentil Chili Recipe

Ingredients (1):

  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium V8
  • 1 potato, washed and diced
  • 1 cup dry lentils
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

How To Prepare?

  1. Take a large pot and spray it with olive oil.
  2. Heat over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until lightly golden, about 2 or 3 minutes.

Weight Loss Soup Recipes: Tomato Soup

Ingredients (3):

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes, seeded
  • 4-6 cups of water based on the size of the tomatoes
  • 1 English cucumber, peeled and seeded
  • ½ small red onion, peeled
  • 1 small green pepper, cored
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder

How to prepare?

Mushroom Soup

Ingredients (2):

  • ½ small onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cups mushrooms, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • ⅓ cup cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To Prepare?

  1. Take a pot, add the olive oil, then take the onion, dice it and fry the onion in the pot on low heat until it starts to turn clear roughly 3-5 minutes.
  2. Wash and pat dry your mushrooms while the onions are getting ready.
  3. Chop the mushrooms and add them to the pot. Let the mixture simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the broth to the pot.

Weight Loss Soup Recipes: Pea Soup

Ingredients (3):

  • 1 ½ cups of fresh peas
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • ½ medium onion, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of almond flour or crushed/powder oats
  • ¼ teaspoon fennel powder
  • ½ teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How To Prepare?

  1. Heat the oil in a soup pot and add in the chopped onions.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into half-inch squares
  • 1 onion, chopped (about half a cup)
  • 1 ½ pound skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, chopped (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 1 15-ounce can no-salt-added whole tomatoes in puree, chopped
  • ⅔ cup of water
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
  • ½ pound fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces

How To Prepare?

  1. Heat oil in a large cooking pot over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and onion. Let them cook for approximately 4 minutes while you occasionally stir. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add chicken to a large cooking pot and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook while occasionally stirring until the chicken turns brown. Add bacon, if you choose to use it, and garlic. Cook until the garlic turns brown.
  3. Pour in the wine and then cook for 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes, bell pepper mixture, water, oregano, cumin, thyme, and hot sauce, then allow the mixture to come to a boil.
  4. Add green beans and then reduce heat and simmer while covered for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice, if desired.

Weight Loss Soup Recipes: Instant Pot Asparagus Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb asparagus (450 g) spears trimmed and woody ends discarded
  • 1½ cup vegetable stock (350 ml)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach (60 g), tightly packed
  • 3 sprigs of fresh thyme, stems removed
  • 1 cup of full-fat coconut milk (250 ml)
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 tbsp dairy-free butter
  • 1 tsp black pepper or to taste
  • 1 tsp pink salt or to taste

How To Prepare?

  1. Switch the instant pot on and select “saute”.
  2. Add the dairy-free butter, onion, and garlic. Saute for about a minute until soft and translucent.
  3. Add the asparagus spears and spinach, then “cancel” the “saute” button so the residual heat will continue to cook the asparagus for 2-3 minutes until it softens.
  4. Add the thyme, black pepper, vegetable stock, and coconut milk.
  5. Put the lid on, flick the valve to “sealing”.
  6. Select pressure “high” and adjust the “+/- button” to 5 minutes.
  7. Allow the pot to come to pressure (should take a few minutes).
  8. Once cooked, flick the valve to “venting” to perform a quick release.
  9. Use an immersion blender or high-speed blender to puree the soup.
  10. Add pink salt and adjust seasoning further if needed.

Keto Broccoli Soup

Ingredients (3):

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2-3 cups of water
  • ¼ cup fresh cream
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

How To Prepare?

  1. Add the butter to a heated pan.
  2. Toss in the chopped garlic and cook until they turn brown.
  3. Add in the broccoli and celery. Stir and cook for 4-5 minutes over medium flame.

  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 large carrot, diced
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets and stem thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken stock
  • 1 cup beer
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

  • 1⁄2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 12 cups low-sodium chicken stock
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cups shredded leftover chicken
  • 2 oz dried egg noodles
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

How To Prepare?

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes or until the vegetables just begin to soften.
  3. Add the stock and bay leaf and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes or until the carrots are just tender.
