About Me
I have enjoyed translating the science of nutrition into practical language for my patients and clients for over 25 years. I support my patients with technical expertise, warm compassion, and creative suggestions in making appropriate, realistic goals, aimed at long-term success. My passion is exercise and I love the outdoors. My favorite activities include hiking, camping, fishing, and horseback riding with my husband, 2 kids, and 2 crazy dogs. I love to travel and I’m always up for a new adventure.
Fun fact
Despite my thorough knowledge of the science of nutrition, I have an out-of-control sweet tooth!
