These Terms establish a legally binding contractual relationship between you and BetterMe International Limited (“Company”). For this reason, Please read the terms carefully before proceeding.
1. Program Overview
This Referral Program ( the "Program") is designed to reward existing BetterMe users ("Referrers") for inviting new users (the "Referees") to subscribe to BetterMe’s mobile applications, websites, and related services (the “Service”) through the use of a unique referral link. Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms & Conditions ("Referral Program Terms").
By participating in the Referral Program, both Referrers and Referees signify their agreement to these Terms & Conditions as well as the Service’s Terms and conditions of use, Subscription terms and Money-Back Policy. Participants are encouraged to fully understand these terms before participation.
2. Participation Eligibility
- Referrers must share their personal referral link as provided within the web or mobile versions of the Service. The link may be shared directly to the Referees or via email after filling in the necessary data. Referrers must ensure they have explicit consent to share friends' email addresses with the Service, in line with applicable laws.
- Referees must access the Service through the referral link and purchase a subscription to the Service at a discounted rate for the first subscription period.
3. Reward Structure
- Referrer Rewards: For each successful referral, where the Referee subscribes to the Service and only after the initial subscription renewal of the Referee’s subscription, the Referrer will receive an Amazon.com Gift Card. Restrictions apply (see amazon.com/gc-legal).
- Referee Rewards: Referees who successfully register through a referral link and purchase a subscription receive a discount only on their initial subscription period.
4. Eligibility & Requirements
- The Referee must use the referral link to purchase a subscription for the Referrer to be eligible for rewards. We are not able to offer rewards to either party if the referral link isn't used correctly. Please note, this discount does not apply to any additional purchases or up-sells beyond the initial subscription.
- Rewards are issued after the Referee's first initial subscription renewal, at which point an email will be sent to the Referrer to confirm the reward.
- Referrers and Referees must be 18 years or older.
- The Referrer’s account must be in good standing at the reward issuance time.
- Referral links are exclusive and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
- Apple and Google Play subscriptions aren’t eligible for the Program.
5. Additional Terms
- Rewards (Amazon.com Gift Card for Referrer, subscription discount for Referee) cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.
- Distribution of referral links in public forums or as spam is prohibited.
- Reward processing may take up to a specific number of weeks following the Referee’s first subscription renewal.
6. Program Modification and Termination
The Service reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice.
These Referral Program Terms constitute an integral part of the Terms and conditions of use.
