1. Subscription
A subscription purchased through the BetterMe Store website renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, every 3 months, or otherwise, depending on the option you selected at purchase) until you cancel.
2. Payment method
Payment will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase once you confirm the purchase (including by fingerprint or facial recognition, by entering your payment details on the web, or by otherwise accepting the subscription terms presented on the payment or pop-up screen on our website). By completing the purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to that payment method.
3. Cancellation
To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription before the end of the then-current billing period. You may cancel your subscription through your account on the BetterMe Store website (the exact steps and labels may change from time to time).
To cancel, tap the user profile icon to open your account page. If you’re not signed in, sign in to your account.

Then go to the Subscriptions tab, where you can view your subscription details and turn off automatic renewal.

When you cancel, automatic renewal will be disabled and no further recurring product deliveries will be scheduled.
The prices and products shown in the examples in these Terms are for informational purposes only and may not reflect the actual subscription price or the products available for recurring delivery. The final price charged will depend on the specific product, subscription type, and any applicable promotions at the time of purchase.
4. Pausing and Skipping Orders
You may also be able to skip an order or pause your subscription through your account on the BetterMe Store website. Skipping an order or pausing a subscription is not the same as canceling it.
If you skip an order, the relevant upcoming delivery will be skipped. You will not be charged for that delivery, but your subscription will remain active, and all other scheduled deliveries and charges will continue as scheduled.
If you pause your subscription, deliveries and charges will be paused until you resume your subscription. Once resumed, deliveries and charges will continue.
5. Refunds
We provide refunds at our own discretion and subject to laws and our policies, as updated from time to time. A refund will be issued only if we determine that the request is eligible.

6. Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees at any time. Any such changes will apply prospectively only and will not affect fees already charged for the current billing period. We will provide reasonable notice of any such changes by email or by other prominent means. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you may cancel the applicable subscription before the changes take effect.
