- Ensuring all office needs are provided (Ordering food for employees. Monitoring the availability of everything necessary for comfortable work in the office. Control of cleaning services and order);
- Meeting of company guests;
- Management of office expenses (control of purchases, maintenance of tables);
- Work with courier services;
- Execution of the manager's and employees' requests;
- Solving situational issues (search for contractors / suppliers);
- Assistance to Happiness Team in organizing corporate events;
- Organization of minor repairs;
- Be available by request(messengers, phone) on weekends and holidays in critical situations.
