We are looking for a researcher who will quickly get comfortable in new markets and will conduct a thorough process of finding candidates.

You will be working with a professional and motivated team of enthusiasts in the environment that brings up the best in everyone. We have no bureaucracy, and we give our colleagues complete freedom to make decisions and achieve brilliant results.

About you:

  • You have at least half a year of experience on a similar position at an IT company/agency
  • Strong passion to communicate with people
  • Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency and attention to details
  • Deep internet search, strong research, social media generation skills
  • Understanding of the newest and most successful sourcing tools and strategies
  • Ability to solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to a dynamic market
  • Ability to multitasking and attention to details

Your impact:

  • Cooperate with recruiters to determine sourcing strategies and attract candidates with required skills
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates according to the requirements
  • Build candidates pipelines for defined current and future needs
  • Uncover high-quality talents using advanced search techniques: Boolean search on internet portals, social media, LinkedIn, job boards, participation in networking events, contact lists, referrals, etc.
  • Utilize and maintain a candidate base (ATS)
  • Improve skills and participate in full recruitment life cycle
