Many Rastafarians do not consume alcohol (beer and wine included) as it fogs the mind, and they link it to many societal moral decays. However, it should be noted that some Rastafarians do consume alcohol, albeit in small amounts. Some cultures make food with blood, or even drink it straight from the slaughtered animal.
