It is especially important for those who spend a lot of time seated or anyone warming up for some high intensity workouts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s how to do it<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sit comfortably on a mat with your legs stretched in front of you<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gently bend both knees till the soles of your feet are pressed together.
