At the end of the study, researchers found that all participants in all 3 groups showed similar and significant declines in body weight, percentage body fat, BMI, WHR, fat mass, fat-free mass and diastolic blood pressure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Their total cholesterol and triacylglycerol levels showed significant improvement and their waist circumferences had also reduced.
