One group had to do 7 ab exercises 5 days a week for 6 weeks and the other group did nothing.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The participants all maintained the same diet for the entire 6 weeks. At the end of the study period, when comparing both groups, researchers found that ab exercises caused no significant changes.
